Acquiring clearance and approval from the BBMP before implementing the building construction is a critical step. The BBMP has the authority to demolish the existing structure or even levy a hefty fine as a penalty for illegal construction within its jurisdiction.

The approval application forms can be downloaded and submitted online or offline from the official website.

Although the first and foremost task of getting the sanctions from the BBMP might seem like a mammoth task, it is a seamless process with the submission of the correct documents.
